Preamble
Introduction
WHEREAS in 2022, HIG. Dr. Adebayo Ademola Wisdom had a revelation which lead to consulting interdenominational leaders both locally and internationally who are of common vision to seek foster unity, peace and equity in the body of Christ (Locally and Internationally) and all Nigerians who might belong to the Christiandom, Project their Aspirations, defend their interest Nationally and Internationally WHREAS to actual this vision, this group of clergies resolve to form an organization, which shall be registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and other relevant laws in operation in the international fora, where need be, for the purpose of a hitch-free acceptance and a smooth unrestrained operation wherever it may find itself;
WHEREAS to enable the organization function effectively and to meet the goals and standards it shall set for itself, certain persons who meet its membership requirement shall be admitted into the organization to serves as members and where so elevated by other members shall serve as officers under this constitution;
WHEREAS the activities of the organization shall be carried out in accordance with the accepted practice, tenets, institutions, usages and traditions of non-profit, humanitarian and non-governmental organizations unless and only unless such is repugnant to natural Justice, equity and good conscience of science or is inimical to the right and well-fear of Christians;
WHEREAS it is imperative due to circumstances on ground and those to be probably encountered in the future, for the organization to seek the hand of expert in various fields including but not restricted to clergies, Lawyers, Social Workers, Philanthropist, Broadcasters, Journalists, Accountants, Architects, Auditors, Estate Valuers, Information Technologists, Surveyors, and to seek assistance from Local and International donor organizations, Sisters Groups, Foundations, public-spirited individuals, corporate bodies and voluntary organizations in the pursuit of its Goals and objectives;
AND WHEREAS it is hereby agreed that this constitution shall be the supreme ordinance and ultimate document of the organization’s mandates, aspiration, will and jurisdiction subject to relevant laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and such other laws where its operations may from time to time come under.
