1. Must be a Christian that is in Christ’s likeness
2. Must be able to read any language translated Bible fluently
3. Must be at least 30 years of age for a man and 25 years of age for a woman as at the time of membership application or Upgrade in accordance to Chapter Level, but varies at Zones and Units
4. Must be a certify religion leader by a recognized institution or denomination of the Christiandom
5. May reside in Nigeria or in the Diaspora (Any country, worldwide)
6. Must not be a religious Fanatics
7. Must be ready to protect the church with the Biblical standard and not just doctrinal beliefs.
8. Must be ready to obey the Constitution of the Conference and the leadership of the authorities
9. Must be ready to be a volunteer for the service of the conference
10. Must apply to the Website database of the Conference
11. Must be of good integrity and good standing for the task of the Lord’s ordinance
12. Must be ready to obey the directives of conference designated authorities, and be ready to receive penalties, punishments or suspension if need be.
13. Should be ready to face interviews at points and stages by designated authorities
14. Must be able to provide a letter of recommendation by his church or incorporated Certificate by the Government
